1st week of long course is under everyone suits and the common report is 50m feels good. 50 meters allows you to stretch out find your rythm.
Also, don't forget to add 10 seconds on an interval you'd be doing your 100 yard swims on. Some folks will need a +15 which is fine and then we can work on getting your base down.
