Time To Head Outside Open Water Swimming Starts May 12th

Neely, Wendy - Tuesday, May 8, 2012

We are hitting the lake for our 1st organized lake swim workout Saturday, May 12th 7:30-8:30 a.m. @ Steel Lake in Federal Way.

We will leave the beach at 7:30 so be suited up and ready to swim!

Wet Suits and a bright colored swim cap is a must!  I have new bright colored caps for $2 if anyone needs one.

Based on popularity and varied speeds this year we are asking for a pre check in for each lake swim.  We will provide you with the link and you check in if you will be there.  This will help us coaches be better prepared to handle crowds, create different workout groups based on speed ability which will benefit everyone involved.

We must have 8 swimmers enrolled in order to make this Saturday's swim happen!
